Accountabilities
As the User Acquisition Director, you will own the global paid acquisition strategy and lead the development of scalable growth operations.
You will be responsible for maximizing acquisition performance, developing high-performing teams, and creating innovative approaches to sustainable user growth.
- Define and execute the long-term user acquisition strategy across multiple products, markets, and paid acquisition channels.
- Lead and develop performance marketing teams across mobile acquisition, paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels.
- Own acquisition performance metrics, making investment decisions based on CPA, LTV, ROAS, incrementality, and long-term business value.
- Build and implement experimentation frameworks covering creatives, bidding strategies, campaign structures, attribution models, measurement approaches, and new channels.
- Drive automation initiatives across campaign management, reporting, analysis, and operational workflows.
