About the role
The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets,



the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.
We’re looking for a Paralegal to support the Disputes team on their daily tasks and responsibilities.

What you'll be doing
- Running internal fact-finding investigations
- Assisting the Dispute team in handling external dispute resolution complaints in accordance with local law and regulation
- Working on early-stage or less complex litigation, such as pre-action letters and responses to claims
- Identifying, analysing, and resolving legal issues
- Helping to implement improvements across the team
- Collaborating with internal teams during legal case investigations
- Administering external legal spend

What you'll need
- A law degree from a university in Italy
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Good organizational skills
