The Opportunity
Baxter is looking for a dynamic Therapy Specialist Patient Support Systems (PSS) to support the commercial growth and clinical excellence of its Patient Support Systems portfolio across Italy and Greece . This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, customer engagement, education,
and business development , partnering closely with Sales, Healthcare Professionals, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance healthcare environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver impactful product and clinical training to healthcare professionals, ensuring confident and effective use of Baxter's solutions.
- Partner with Account Managers to develop and execute strategic territory plans that drive sustainable growth and customer success.
- Promote the clinical value of Baxter's portfolio, positioning the most appropriate solutions based on customer needs and patient outcomes.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders, helping protect and expand existing business.
- Support tender processes end-to-end, from pre-tender strategy and preparation to post-award implementation.
