Your role
We are looking for a Senior MTE Engineer who will drive the development, industrialization, validation and continuous improvement of automated test solutions supporting new product introduction and mass production. The role collaborates closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing.
Main Responsibilities
Develop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products.
Support NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production.
Design, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment.
Perform GR&R;, correlation studies and capability analysis.
Analyze test data, identify root cause
