Verifichi di possedere le competenze necessarie prima di inviare la candidatura.We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the technical team, playing a key role in the development and management of cost estimation and cost control activities throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role will contribute to the definition and analysis of project costs, supporting quantity take-offs, estimating, and financial management both during the tender phase and in the subsequent stages of project development and execution. The candidate will work closely with technical, design, and site teams, ensuring consistency between design solutions and economic aspects, with a strong focus on accuracy in cost estimation and alignment with project cost objectives. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and solid knowledge of the construction sector, within highly complex and technically demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft technical specifications and detailed, parametric,
and itemized cost estimates;
- Prepare progress payment statements (both active and passive);
- Manage the interface between 3D models and cost estimates (data import/export from 3D models);
- Prepare cost estimates for RFQs and tenders, as well as main cost budgets and technical/economic feasibility studies;
- Implement internal management throughout the entire tendering process;
- Conduct commercial analysis of subcontractor and supplier quotations;
- Provide consultancy on risk allocation, qualification, and margin definition;
- Handle post‐tender negotiations;
- Support activities on complex projects and take overall responsibility for the estimating function on less complex bids;
- Ensure preparation and compliance of summaries for Executive Review;
