We are looking for a talented Lead Senior Project Manager - Sales specializing in Project Management/Execution for our Projects Power Gen Business sector in Italy. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead multiple complex sales‐driven projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to defined business outcomes and customer commitments.
Partner with sales, engineering, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to scope projects, define objectives, and agree on measurable performance goals.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets to drive on‐time, on‐scope, and on‐budget delivery.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and issues using structured tools to minimize impact and maximize positive outcomes.
Apply financial acumen to interpret key financial indicators, support sound decision‐making, and protect project and business performance.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to sponsors and stakeholders,
adapting messaging to suit diverse audiences including customers and sales teams.
Leverage cross‐functional and external resources effectively, sharing best practices and lessons learned to improve delivery across programs.
Coach and support project team members and other Project Managers, providing guidance, feedback, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
