Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operations of Gruppo Premiere Srl.
This full-time, On-Site position in Milan involves driving business development, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing high-impact real estate advisory projects. The Co-Founder will work closely with partners to build up the milan team, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate on marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, investment opportunities, and financial models.
Excellent Communication abilities for client interaction, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
Proven Sales experience, particularly in real estate or investment services, with a focus on high-value clients.
Marketing skills to shape brand strategy, support lead generation, and promote bespoke real estate offerings.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or additional languages is an advantage.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the capacity to work independently, assume responsibility, and drive growth.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
