Role descriptionWe are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Advisory - Building Consultant. In this role, you will play an integral part in driving the economic and professional growth of our organization conducting due diligence activities.
Your responsibilities will include feasibility checks and analysis, utilizing a combination of documentation analysis and site visits. Additionally, you will serve as a valuable point of reference for our clients and colleagues within the Group.
This position offers the chance to work within a dynamic and diverse team, providing ample opportunities for professional and management skill development in an international setting.
Role accountabilities
- Document analysis: Verification of authorization, cadastral, urban planning, and building documentation.
- Site visits to verify the condition of the properties, identify defects and deviations, and assess the costs required for compliance (Capital Expenditure Plan estimation).
- Analysis of the property's maintenance status through site visits.
- Tenancy analysis and lease contracts.
- Support to the client during negotiation phases and drafting of purchase agreements in coordination with involved legal, tax, and environmental advisors.
- Preparation of checklists and formulation of Q&A.;
