Job OverviewA Bilingual Support Assistant is needed to provide general administrative and linguistic support and assistance to the Army Community Service (ACS) Center, Caserma Ederle, Italy. To facilitate adaptation, educational and informational awareness in support of Service members, family members, and the Department of Army Civilians (DA).
Qualifications
- Customer service skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- USA citizen with SOFA status

Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative, customer service, and organizational tasks in support of operations, programs, and services provided by ACS.



Tasks assigned by the COR may include general office work and program support.
- Perform written and verbal translations for Service members, family members, and Department of Army Civilians (DACs) assigned to the USAG Italy of a non-legal, non-medical nature. These services may include but are not limited to providing Soggiorno Permit extension requests, reading and explaining electrical, mechanical, or related bills, and correspondence associated with living and working in a foreign country.

- Create and maintain data tracking, monthly, on the CTS report. The contractor shall provide monthly statistics to the Program Manager, no later than the second day of the following month, for the previous month.
