We're looking for a Business Developer with 3–4 years of experience who is proactive, entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about technology and sales, to help accelerate Ringr.ai's growth.
Responsabilities:
Drive Ringr's growth in Italy and internationally by identifying and developing relationships with B2B companies.
Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements with new and existing customers.
Advise clients on how Ringr's AI solutions can improve their business processes.
Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, visit clients, and track commercial performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to identify new opportunities and address customer needs.
Represent Ringr as a brand ambassador in every interaction with customers and partners.
Requirements:
Native or fluent Italian and professional English (Spanish is a plus).
3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or as an Account Executive.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands‐on attitude.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and execute sales strategies.
Passion for technology, AI, and the startup ecosystem.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
Self‐motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐growth environment.
