Revamping Sales Manager M/F

In this role you drive revamping commercial growth for Renvolt's O&M; business line in Italy, shaping the sales strategy and opportunity pipeline. You will collaborate with the Head of Sales to win new revamping contracts and build lasting client relationships. You’ll lead the full business development cycle, coordinate with tender and engineering teams, and contribute to brand promotion. This is a chance to influence growth in a global renewable energy provider while engaging with cross-functional teams and international collaborators.
- Support Head of Sales in defining and executing the Sales Action Plan
- Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline
- Forecast and identify strategic business opportunities
- Identify target customers and lead the full business development cycle to contract
- Negotiate and close revamping contracts in collaboration with the Head of Sales
- Contribute to risk management and mitigation with corporate input
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead offer preparation with Tender Managers, define scope and pricing
- Support development of new revamping solutions with Head of Sales and Head of O&M; Operations
- Contribute to brand promotion initiatives
- Coordinate between O&M; Managers, Revamping Project Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure technical and commercial project success
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles
- Over 10 years in EPC, Service, or O&M; environments
- At least 4 years in the renewable energy sector
- Proven track record negotiating and budgeting EPC/O&M;/Service contracts
- Strong understanding of the solar and/or wind asset industry
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian)
