Your main goal will be to build and lead an engineering team that thrives in a fast-moving AI-native world - developing engineers, creating clarity, and delivering meaningful outcomes with strong technical judgment. We have 2 Engineering Managers openings for our new teams shaping how n8n scales as an enterprise product: Governance & Observability: gives admins full visibility into what's running in n8n and the controls to enforce how it's used (audit logs, monitoring dashboards, usage insights, admin controls, and rules that keep large organizations compliant and in control). Licence & Billing: owns how n8n is licensed, metered, and billed across Cloud and Enterprise, so customers can buy, pay, and scale usage without friction (subscriptions, payments, usage tracking, and pricing).
