Si assicuri di leggere attentamente, quindi invii la sua candidatura.As a Critical Operations Engineer (COE), you will act as a business-hours-based technical specialist, providing engineering expertise, operational governance, and a strong focus on reliability and asset performance across STACK EMEA Data Centers.
You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality operational procedures, supporting safe and disciplined change execution, and ensuring that maintenance activities are properly planned, controlled, and documented. You will also provide technical oversight of vendor activities, contribute to incident diagnosis and recovery planning, and help drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and preventive actions.
What You'll Do
- Create, review, maintain, and improve SMPs, SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs, ensuring technical accuracy, risk controls, monitoring points, rollback procedures, acceptance criteria, and evidence requirements.




- Ensure high standards of procedure quality and maintain strict document control.
- Lead or support pre-job briefings and method reviews, confirming all prerequisites are in place before execution, including tools, spares, isolations, monitoring, communications, escalation paths, and rollback plans.
- Support preventive maintenance planning and optimisation, improving task quality, frequencies, compliance, and the elimination of recurring defects through structured reviews and lessons learned.
- Contribute to the identification of critical spares, spares strategies, and vendor repair workflows for key assets.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical records to support KPIs, audits, and customer assurance requirements.
- Provide technical oversight of vendors and contractors, validating maintenance methods, test results, installations, and close-out documentation.
