The role:Xylem is seeking a Business Developer Vertical Markets who combines the division portfolio promotion, by searching and developing different verticals with a strong capacity to effectively conduct market analysis to enhance business growth targets. Success in this role requires creative problem-solving, adaptability and strong collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will act as a growth catalyst.
- Ensure that the best Technical/Market Price is delivered to our customers.
- Design customized solutions applicable to the specific vertical.
- Drive new product launches within a specific market alongside Marketing dept.
- Accountable to identify strategic product pricing.
- Maintain accurate data and leverage insights to identify opportunities and build actionable plans against KPIs.
- Strong partnership with internal stakeholders to identify indirect specific sales channels.
- Conduct deep market study and analysis to serve new or growing vertical markets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales process.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track result from each vertical and highlight areas for improvement.
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to support scalable vertical markets growth.
