Operations Manager (Board Member / Managing Director) Location: 10km from Siena, Tuscany, Italy Property: Luxury boutique hotel### Responsibilities: * Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Technical department) * Act as a Board Member (Managing Director) with full legal responsibility * Ensure high service standards in the premium/luxury segment * Manage and develop the operational team, including recruitment and onboarding * Monitor costs, analyze performance, and optimize processes * Collaborate closely with the Hotel Director and report on operational results### Requirements:
