Key Account Manager – Medical Aesthetics | Italy Location: Milan or Rome, Italy (Field-Based) Are you an experienced sales professional within medical aesthetics looking to take the next step in your career? Were partnering with a global leader in aesthetic medicine to recruit two Key Account Managers to drive commercial growth across Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with a market-leading portfolio and a strong reputation for innovation within the aesthetics industry. What Youll Be Doing As a Key Account Manager, youll be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory by developing long-term partnerships with aesthetic clinics and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include: * Driving new business while expanding existing customer accounts. * Building strong relationships with clinic owners, physicians, and key decision-makers. * Developing and executing strategic account plans. * Delivering product training and educational sessions. * Supporting workshops, events, and congresses across your territory.



* Identifying new commercial opportunities and maximising account growth. * Managing your sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activity. * Negotiating commercial agreements and delivering against ambitious sales targets. Were keen to speak with candidates who have: * Previous experience within Medical Aesthetics, ideally injectables. * A proven track record in field-based B2B sales. * Strong business development and account management skills. * An established network of aesthetic physicians and private clinics. * Experience managing a territory independently. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * A genuine hunter mentality with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
