Job Overview The Electric Drive Modules (EDMs) System Engineer is responsible for designing and defining an optimized EDM system considering all the constraints. This role will support DREs by providing technical assistance and expertise in resolving EDM system level issues. The System Engineer will participate in EDMs technical roadmap and develop different EDMs concepts to meet its technical specs, life, and quality requirements Responsibilities The System Engineer will be responsible for - defining requirements for EDM system and its subcomponents- eMotor, PIM, Gearbox. - leading the trade-off studies working with internal teams and with suppliers for designing best EDMs. - leading in defining the process and in further developing tools to optimize EDM design and to evaluate EDM performance and efficiency. - Requirements Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent Engineering from an accredited universi
