We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient deliveries, accurate documentation, and seamless collaboration with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
What You'll Do
As a Logistics Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other Functional departments and support the logistics process across Italy. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating domestic and international shipments from order to delivery.
- Managing logistics documentation, shipping records, and inventory reporting.
- Preparing logistics quotations and supporting Sales with project logistics planning.
- Monitoring delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and communicating ETAs to customers.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders, warehouses, HQ, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Supporting contract reviews and providing logistics solutions for customer projects.
- Maintaining ERP and supply chain systems while ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- Collaborating with Sales, Sales Support, and Logistics teams to resolve operational issues and continuously improve logistics processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain within an international company.
- At least 2 years of experience managing inland transportation in Italy and Europe.
