We're looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance our ability to withstand and recover from disruptions, ensuring the continuity of critical operations and services.




You'll collaborate with service owners, Compliance, Risk, and service delivery teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting related to operational resilience.
Collaborating cross-functionally to conduct risk assessments, business impact analysis, and scenario planning to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats
Developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity and exit plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Designing and conducting testing, training, and simulation exercises to validate the effectiveness of continuity plans and enhance organisational readiness
Serving as liaison with regulators (primarily the ECB), external partners, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to align continuity efforts and maintain external dependencies
Monitoring and updating business continuity plans, regularly incorporating lessons learned fro
