Support Engineer/ Workplace Support Engineer - 12 months+ 300-340€ per day- On site Milano mainly + Lugano occasionally

Looking for an Italian speaking VIP Support Engineer / Workplace Support Engineer who will have access to the client's IT team for escalations and specialist support. Strong customer service orientation.
Professional presence and demeanor.
A PC that does not start.
PC or smartphone configuration.
Teams or Microsoft 365 issues.
Application usage support.
Email errors (e.g. The most important aspect is not deep technical expertise, but rather the ability to take ownership of issues, manage VIP users appropriately, escalate when necessary, and drive problems to a successful resolution.
