Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.
What about your responsibilities?
- Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requests
- Provide VIP user support
- Deliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre support
- Perform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment’s)
- Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teams
- Manage printer and MFP support
- Support PC refresh activities
- Manage ticketing system
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Local stock management
Location : San Giorgio Monferrato (Alessandria - fully onsite) - Occasional support on other sites nearby
Contract : 1-year fixed-term (possibility to convert into permanent)

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10⁄11 , Office 365, and common enterprise applications
- LAN/WAN and server room equipment’s fundamentals knowledge
- Familiar with ticketing system
- Fluent in English and fluent Italian
- Good organizational skills
- Communicative and customer-oriented
