Revolut is seeking a Head of Internal Controls & Quality Management to lead first-line risk and controls across Revolut Europe Bank. You'll oversee operational risk and quality of execution while ensuring our first-line defence remains airtight as we scale.
You'll build automated risk systems, define risk appetite, and governance policies, collaborating with Product teams to embed preventive and detective controls throughout the lifecycle and drive swift remediation of issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
