Your new role
As our new Environmental Permitting Consultant you will contribute towards creating a sustainable future and work on our inspiring projects and innovative solutions that aim to set the standard among our peers. We will consider remote/hybrid working as an option with a willingness to travel for internal/external meetings. Ramboll operates a flexible working policy, and with this you will be part of an exciting team of experts,



who respect each other and work towards a common goal.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Critically reviewing and interpreting EU and Italian environmental regulations
Assisting in preparing major and minor permit applications (e.g. AIA, AUA, etc.)
Assisting in preparing studies under Italia Environmental Impact Assessment legislation (screening di VIA, SIA, VINCA, etc.)
Assisting clients in maintaining their operation in compliance with existing environmental permits (air emissions, waste management, wastewater control, etc.)
Preparing emissions calculations for industrial sources
Conducting compliance assessment against of Best Available Techniques for various industries (Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Waste Treatment, etc.)
Conducting air quality reviews of emissions reduction or control
Conducting reviews of industrial wastewater management according to Italian National and regional legislat
