As the Breast & Skeletal Agents Sales Manager in Italy, you will lead Hologic’s capital equipment footprint across the country, driving growth with a national network of sales agents. You will shape and execute the strategic sales plan, leverage relationships with hospitals and decision-makers, and collaborate with marketing, product development and support teams. You’ll analyze market data to spot opportunities and risks, and lead negotiations to protect profitability. This role offers ownership of a high-value territory and a direct impact on advancing women’s health through innovative diagnostic and imaging solutions. - Manage and develop a national network of sales agents across Italy to meet capital equipment sales targets
- Build and execute a national strategic sales plan with district-level targets
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals and healthcare networks
- Analyze market data, competitive positioning,



and performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Lead contract negotiations while safeguarding profitability
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer support across the pan-European organization
- Represent Hologic at national events and sales meetings
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (preferred Biomedical Engineering or Radiology)
- Strong medical device capital equipment sales experience, ideally in radiology
- Experience leading a sales network or team valued but not essential
- Deep understanding of the Italian healthcare market and buying processes
- Business and financial acumen with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented, proactive, resilient, and growth-driven
- Excellent Italian and English communication; driving licence; willingness to travel ~70–80% of time
