In this role you will lead reliability and CBM activities for Italy, guiding a dispersed team to deliver reliable equipment performance and customer value. You will work with customers, engineers, and sales to implement best practices, drive KPI-driven improvements, and ensure safety and contract objectives are met. - Lead reliability and Condition Monitoring contracts to achieve technical, operational, financial, and customer outcomes
- Develop and manage contract action plans and KPIs to meet objectives
- Promote and enforce Environmental,
Health and Safety standards across the team
- Manage customer contractual obligations related to reliability, inventory, and service delivery
- Coach and manage a geographically dispersed team of Reliability Engineers
- Provide technical guidance for RCA investigations and bad actor equipment resolution
- Collaborate with global CSD and SDO teams to adopt reliability best practices
- Support engineers in customer meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure sites have tools, systems, and procedures for contract execution
