We are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in managing personnel administration processes in compliance with legal, fiscal, and organizational requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all activities related to HR administrative compliance,



time management, and pension fund processes, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations and supporting cross‑functional teams.
Oversee time management processes, including tracking of attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Manage all administrative tasks related to pension funds and complementary welfare schemes, acting as a point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external providers.
INPS contributions, TFR, CU, 770) and ensure correct payroll data alignment.
Support the application and compliance with fiscal legislation.
Use and maintain HR data within the SAP HCM system (nice to have), ensuring data quality and alignment with legal and organizational requirements.
Previous experience (3+ years) in HR Administration / Personnel Administration roles.
