For new opening in Tuscany, we're searching for a Cobbler, a talent person, who enjoys being customer facing and has a passion for creativity and restoration. Main Responsibilities: * Carry out all cobbler services on shoes and handbags including repairs, reparation, heel swaps, and certain custom bespoke services; * Promote products and services on the sales floor by identifying our customer's needs * Advise customers on the collection and in-store cobbler services * Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers * Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines * Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge Additional Skills: * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience * Experience in Retail or other customer service industry preferred * Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional * Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills * Strong team player Place of Work: Tuscany Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Production Industries Fashion Accessories Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
