In this role you represent Chaumet in Rome, delivering the brand experience and contributing to boutique growth. You will engage clients with Chaumet's heritage and values, while actively supporting customer acquisition, loyalty, and events. You collaborate with the team to ensure smooth boutique operations, stock handling, CRM usage, and after-sales service. This position offers exposure to luxury retail with regular training and career development within Chaumet and the LVMH group. You will work in a cross-functional, customer-focused environment that values expertise, storytelling, and excellence. * regular training * inclusive work environment * friendly and competent team * Act as the ambassador of Chaumet to clients and bring the brand experience to life * Contribute to boutique sales and commercial targets while developing the client database * Build customer loyalty through targeted actions and event-driven activations * Support daily boutique life:
briefings, security, payments, and stock management * Acquire basics of stock, Visual Merchandising, CRM, training, and after-sales to assist the boutique * Handle after-sales requests and assist clients as part of Chaumet's service standards * 2-4 years of sales experience in luxury goods and jewellery * Commercial spirit, appetite for challenge, passion for Retail * Strong interest in jewellery and Chaumet * Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, empathy, teamwork * Integrity and ability to comply with procedures * Cultural awareness, storytelling, strong written and oral expression In this role you represent Chaumet in Rome, delivering the brand experience and contributing to boutique growth.
