We are looking for a dedicated intern in our Ferrari South Europe After Sales team. We are looking for an intern who is eager to enter a highly innovative and challenging work environment. As an After Sales intern, you will work on a full range of responsibilities in our team, supervised by our After Sales Managers. You will cooperate in different activities, including: * Creating reports to monitor After-Sales KPIs and, based on the analyses performed,
supporting projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering an increasingly high-quality service. * Monitoring vehicle repair times, maintaining databases related to incidents, and providing support to the dealer network on various after-sales topics. * Supporting network forecasting activities to identify underperforming dealerships, with a focus on both the Italian market and other Southern European countries. Required profile For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Business/Economics, Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
