The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, with a strong focus on KPI monitoring and performance analysis to ensure operational excellence and service reliability. The role drives logistics digitalisation initiatives, leveraging data and technology to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and support informed decision‐making. Monitors and analyses logistics KPIs (service level, OTIF, cost performance), identifying performance gaps and defining corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement.
Oversees 3PL performance, logistics costs, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service expectations.
Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with 3PL providers, driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, delivery punctuality, operational flexibility, and cost optimisation.
Leads logistics digitalisation initiatives, enhancing data visibility, process automation, reporting capabilities, and performance tracking across the supply chain.

Drives continuous improvement programmes across warehouse and inbound logistics processes, identifying opportunities to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Develops and maintains cost‐to‐serve models and reporting for priority customers, supporting profitability analysis and strategic decision‐making.
Performs data analysis on co‐packing operations, identifying efficiency opportunities, optimizing resource utilisation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through fact‐based recommendations.
Provides regular performance reviews and dashboards, leveraging data analytics to support operational governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement actions.
