Regional Marketing Manager Resistors – South Europe Job Location: Italy (preferably Senago) or remote Key Role and Responsibilities * Work closely with European Sales and FAE team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate product offerings from Vishay's Resistors portfolio. * Design‐in custom products when necessary with support from an international team of technical experts. * Organize technical training and workshops to increase Vishay awareness in the European market. * Spread product strategy within the European distribution network. * Analyze market trends and provide internal feedback. Your Skills and Experience * Master's degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics and Mechatronics. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical environment. * Fluent in English and German. * Understanding of electronic circuits in automotive or industrial applications. * High communication and presentation skills.



* Strong structural and analytical skills. * Willingness to travel within Europe and work in an international team.
