VF Corporation is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our EMEA Finance team based in Milan. Role Overview As a Senior Accountant, you will report to the Local Finance Manager and work closely with both the Central Finance team and our Shared Service Center. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and supporting the continuous improvement of accounting processes in a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage and review monthly financial reporting and support month‐end and year‐end closing activities * Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors and external consultants * Manage VAT returns (monthly and annual)



and ensure compliance with local regulations * Prepare Intrastat declarations and support tax calculations * Coordinate with external tax advisors and monitor tax deadlines * Support internal and external audits * Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracy * Collaborate with Shared Services on transactional accounting activities * Contribute to process improvements and strengthening internal controls Skills & Qualifications * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within a multinational environment * Strong knowledge of Italian and US GAAP and local tax regulations (VAT, Intrastat, withholding taxes) * Solid experience in financial reporting and audit processes, good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills * Fluency in Italian and English * Detail‐oriented, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast‐paced environment Benefits * A supportive feedback‐based culture where respect and integrity guide us in what we do * A culture driven by respect, integrity, and inclusion * Exposure to global finance processes * Hybrid working model, combining remote and in‐office work * Be part of an iconic lifestyle bran
