Client Advisor – Tempo parziale (20h) – Luxury Brand Boutique Gi Group Spa, filiale di Massa Carrara, offers a position with a Luxury Brand boutique in Forte Dei Marmi. The role focuses on assisting and consulting customers in apparel and accessories. Responsibilities * Provide assisted sales and manage all point‐of‐sale activities. * Ensure customer welcome and consultation. * Perform client‐eling, manage CRM and communicate product and collection stories. * Operate cash register and contribute to customer loyalty. Qualifications * Prior experience as a Client Advisor in a customer‐focused environment. * Orientation towards customer retention. * Positive attitude, pro‐social and team‐working orientation. * Excellent English language skills; additional language is a plus. Working Hours Part‐time, 20 hours per week,



Monday to Sunday on a shift schedule. Contract and Compensation * Direct insertion with the client for a fixed term of 6 months. * CCNL Commercio, 4th level. * Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €26,000, pro‐rated for part‐time. * Ticket restaurant €8 per day and incentive system for performance objectives. Location Forte Dei Marmi, Italy.
