Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate We are looking for talented and committed Engineers to play a Production Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Abruzzo Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment. Supervisor is also responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills development. Reporting to the Shift Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing Team Leaders and line operators for the segment of the production line he is responsible for. He/She is responsible for all indicators in his production area: quality, safety, production, people; he will monitor, analyze,
and define efficiency strategies, including through deployment to his team leaders and through continuous improvement projects, in collaboration with supporting bodies (process managers, plant managers...)
