To further develop our culinary operations, we are looking for a leader with a passion for service, organisation and hospitality. You have already gained experience in high‑end service, think in a structured way, enjoy taking responsibility and want to make the next step towards F&B; management? Supporting the F&B; management in organising and steering all culinary areas
Close collaboration with the Maître, Head Chef and Bar Manager
Ensuring smooth processes across service, kitchen, bar and bistro
Supporting daily organisation and staff scheduling
Supporting and guiding the service team's leaders
Onboarding and developing new team members
Delivering training sessions and briefings
Fostering a positive team culture and service quality
Quality management
Ensuring our high service and quality standards




An active presence in operations and support with day‑to‑day challenges
Controlling & administration
Supporting inventories and cost‑of‑goods controls
Supporting projects to optimise processes and profitability
Several years of experience in high‑end service or hospitality
Interest in business and financial figures
Very good German, Italian and English
