The Sr. Manager Operations is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the manufacturing plant, driving strong performance in safety, quality, cost, delivery, people management, and engagement. The role leads and develops the Operations organization through strong, inclusive, and people‐focused leadership, building a high‐performing management team aligned with AGCO's strategy and values. This position oversees end‐to‐end manufacturing activities in a highly complex fabrication and assembly environment, ensuring full compliance with HSE and quality standards while implementing a robust continuous improvement strategy. It acts as a key interface with internal stakeholders and carries budget accountability for the role's cost center.
