Alongside the three historical therapeutic areas - diseases of the respiratory system, urinary tract infections and pain treatment – Zambon is focused on developing treatments for neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's or rare diseases such as cystic fibrosis and BOS (Bronchiolitis Obliterans Syndrome).The Role:Reporting to the Group Industrial Controlling Director, the Corporate Controller & Data Analyticswill help to deliver world-class expertise, providing a solid financial supervision of the Global Industrial footprint.Main Responsibilities of the role:Lead the project of the Industrial Controlling Model implementation (Industrial Costs, Capex and Stock), coherently with Corporate requirements, which includes a process re-design (SAP upgrade and new EPM design and implementation)Digitalize, industrialize and automate the current reporting model, to allow quicker analysis of the performance (ad-hoc developments on Knime-like platforms)Budget,



Forecast and Plans preparation, which includes the capability to identify trends and challenge the figuresDelivery of solid variance analysis, providing Business and Finance stakeholders with adequate information to put in place actions to improve P&L; and cash flow performanceBusiness Case implementation and Make versus Buy analysisBusiness partnership with Corporate and Plant leaders, providing guidance on financials and follow-ups on actions undertaken to assess the effectiveness on P&LWhat; we are looking for:Degree in Economics or EngineeringSolid track record (8 years) in Corporate & Industrial Controlling within multinational companies combined with strong, hands‑on expertise in advanced data analytics and financial modeling, or equivalent experience in Transaction Services with exposure to complex financial and operational data analyticsEnthusiastic professional with a strong capability to read and understand information, data and trends to facilitate decision making processExperience in environments which have experienced recent transformation is considered a plusStrong management of deadlines and conflicting agendasPositive attitude and team workingProactive in identifying opportunities and solutionsGood interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and detail orientedCurious mindset and eager to learnSalary range: €65.000 - €75.000 gross per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
