Job description Join our Pre-Sales team in Milan, supporting our growth in Italy by managing the full bid process for IT, engineering, and transformation projects. You will work at the intersection of sales, consulting, technology, engineering, and delivery, helping clients define and shape solutions across a wide range of topics.




Your missions Support sales teams during client meetings, discovery sessions, and opportunity qualification discussions
Analyse client requirements and translate them into clear solution options
Collaborate with IT, engineering, consulting, and delivery experts to define the proposed approach
Structure the scope, deliverables, project phases, governance, team setup, and delivery model
Prepare presentations, workshops, solution documents, and demos for client meetings
Develop value propositions and key messages for each opportunity
Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for IT, engineering, and transformation projects
Manage responses to RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and other client consultations
Coordinate contributions from sales, consulting, engineering, delivery, finance, procurement, and legal teams
Ensure consistency between client requirements, solution design, delivery approach, and commercial proposal
