We turn our client's complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Clients to understand business needs and define tailored solutions
- Support the design and development of use cases and feasibility studies
- Contribute to software selection activities, including market analysis and vendor evaluation
- Perform technology benchmarking and comparative analysis
- Gather and formalize business and functional requirements




- Support business process re‐engineering initiatives
- Contribute to Change Management activities to ensure successful adoption
- Assist in PMO activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics and Mathematics.
- Experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector)
- Knowledge of EU Cohesion Policies and funding programs (e.g. ERDF/FESR, PNRR, ESF+/FSE+, JTF)
- Familiarity with systems such as REGIS, OpenCoesione, FSC, SIL, and monitoring of strategic programs
- Experience in Data Intelligence and/or AI‐related projects
- Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written).
