Strategic consulting in defining and proposing investment opportunities for clients
Marketing of residential real estate developments and subdivisions
Strategic planning of marketing activities for exclusive assignments
Support in finding the most suitable real estate solutions for clients' needs and providing technical and contractual support
Collaboration with the Marketing team to define commercial levers and communication activities aimed at enhancing the real estate initiatives of the Residential department
Requirements Qualification for the profession of real estate broker
Consolidated experience in the residential real estate sector (at least 8 years)
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage relationships
Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, proactivity
