This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and deep expertise in venture development or strategy consulting.
What you will be doing
- Lead complex projects and cross-functional teams to develop and launch new ventures, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, develop innovative business models, and drive go-to-market strategies.
- Push business development activities, including identifying leads, preparing proposals, and exploring follow-on project opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing thought leadership on innovation and new business within focus industries.




- Mentor and manage team members while ensuring the quality and success of all workstreams.

What you need to be successful in this role
- 7+ years of experience in venture development or strategy consulting, with a proven track record of successful ventures or products.
- 4+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and delivering outstanding project results.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
- Leadership and self discipline' to be ranked during interviews.
- Expertise in market analysis, financial modelling, and business planning.
- Fluency in German and English.
