Within our Group Head Office - Global Investment Management (GIM) global line, we are looking for a Portfolio Solutions & Analytics specialist to join the Investment Solutions & Portfolio Analytics team. The Group CIO function is accountable for the investment strategy and performance across all asset classes of approximately € 360bn of general account assets belonging to Generali Group insurance companies located in 60 different countries. The job holder reports to the head of Investment Solutions & Portfolio Analytics and will be part of a team that acts as the Investment Management R&D; center of the Global Investment Management function, interacting with central and local investment team members reporting to the different Local Chief Investment Officers.

- Enhance and maintain the core optimization tool (Group Portfolio Solutions Platform) used for Strategic Asset Allocation,



Portfolio Construction, and Tactical Asset Allocation across the Group, strengthening modules for portfolio optimization, asset allocation, KPI & KRI assessment, reporting pipelines, and overall system reliability
- Design and develop new features to support business needs, such as portfolio benchmarking, drill-down portfolio analytics, performance analysis, stress testing, scenario analysis as well as integration of statistical/machine learning application to investment management activities
- Translate investment requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions
- Evaluate and adopt best-in-class technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to improve scalability, automation, data quality, and performance. Refactor legacy components when needed
