- Provide analytical support, technical assistance, and software training for new and existing clients across North America and Europe via phone, e‐mail, and VoIP channels.
- Serve as the first line of defense for production‐critical issues for EMEA clients, using knowledge of computing and fixed‐income markets to solve challenging problems.
- Consult on issues ranging from general system usage to sophisticated numerical problems.
- Act as a link between developers and clients to analyse product gaps, expand program functionality, and help prioritise business requirements.




- Help develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance suite implementing industry‐standard quality assurance procedures.

What We're Looking For:
- BA/BS degree (or regional equivalent) in a quantitative or STEM discipline such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, physical sciences, etc.
- Analytical experience using a data‐driven approach to solve problems and create customer insight.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex insights to both technical and non‐technical audiences in English.
- Experience navigating complex cross‐functional landscapes in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong computer skills:
- Hands‐on experience with Windows, including Windows network administration, filesystems, and computer architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including automation and scripting through Excel functions and macros.
