It combines commercial influence, deep expertise in tracking and attribution systems, and full ownership of a cross‐functional product squad to translate market shifts into scalable product capability and revenue impact.
Key Tasks
- Define the Future of Attribution: Set and execute Awin's strategy for measuring emerging purchase paths (LLMs, social, new platforms), evolving beyond traditional last‐click models.
- Lead Industry & Partner Influence: Represent Awin in senior partner conversations and standards forums (e.g. W3C), shaping tracking, privacy, and interoperability standards.
- Own Product Strategy & Delivery:

Lead a cross‐functional squad from discovery through delivery, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and investment trade‐offs.
- Drive Commercial & Platform Impact: Translate innovation into measurable business outcomes (adoption, partner growth, revenue uplift, attribution accuracy).
- Elevate Product Standards: Mentor PMs, strengthen experimentation and insight quality, and ensure strong cross‐functional alignment across Engineering, Data, Legal, and Commercial.

Skills & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
