OverviewProject: PROGETTO DI SVILUPPO TERRITORIALE. Area: Provincia di Brescia. The role focuses on commercial development and consulting for beauty centers, providing educational support and representing company values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to build a portfolio of at least 150 active clients.
- Provide educational and training support to clients and beauty centers, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
- Plan, program, and manage time efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Maintain and grow client relationships, demonstrating strong communication and relational skills.
- Adapt to continuous innovations and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the business development team to achieve collective objectives.

Qualifications
- Experience in a commercial role.
- Attitude toward both personal and client training.

- Effective time‐management abilities.

- Excellent communication and relational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits
- Independent contractor (P.IVA, monomandatario).
- Projected annual earnings of at least €80,000 during the client‐portfolio building phase.
- Company support for portfolio development through a planned development plan, including financial backing.
