In this role, you'll manage and grow relationships with assigned OEMs and partners, executing our Go-to-Market strategy while identifying new business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with customers, helping them develop innovative solutions and supporting the implementation of our sales growth plans. What You'll Be Doing Drive sales activities across assigned OEMs and partners in Italy, executing the Go-to-Market strategy and delivering sustainable business growth.

Build and expand strategic customer relationships by growing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a focus on Danfoss strategic platforms. Lead account planning and ensure successful execution of Business Unit initiatives, while capturing and sharing customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Application Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and ensure a coordinated market approach. Manage partner agreements and OEM contracts in collaboration with the Contracts Manager, while supporting clear governance to avoid channel conflicts. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Hydraulics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of experience in commercial and/or technical roles within the hydraulics industry, preferably in international
