Societe Generale Italy seeks a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join the Milan Legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal. You will provide senior legal support to Global Markets Italy with responsibility for structured products, derivatives and regulatory engagement, ensuring legal integrity and risk management.
The role includes overseeing prospectus documentation, coordinating with Compliance, FO, DFIN, Tax, and direct liaison with regulators such as CONSOB and Bank of Italy.
