In this role, you'll support manufacturing operations by developing, optimizing and implementing production processes while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manufacture critical products for diagnostics, research, and therapeutic applications. The position offers opportunities to enhance processes, solve technical challenges, and directly impact patient care through high-quality manufacturing. Responsibilities / Key Duties Formulation Design: Develop stable liquid, lyophilized, and parenteral formulations for both small molecules and biologics. Pre-Formulation Screening: Conduct physicochemical characterization, including pH-solubility profiles, pKa, excipient compatibility, and forced degradation studies. Process Optimization: Design and execute robust freeze-drying (lyophilization) cycles. xrdztoy Scale-Up & Tech Transfer: Lead the transfer of formulation processes from bench-top lab scale to pilot scale and commercial GMP manufacturing facilities.
