Regional Sales Leader - South Europe

Lead and develop a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets aligned with country and EMEA priorities
Build and maintain a robust regional sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and long-term growth plans
Drive team performance by setting clear objectives, monitoring results, and implementing corrective actions based on sales metrics (revenue, activity, conversion rates)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end order-to-cash process and enhance customer experience
Establish and expand strategic relationships with key healthcare systems, accounts,



and stakeholders across the region
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders, typically exceeding six months in duration
Contribute to regional business planning, market development, and therapy adoption initiatives to expand market presence
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or commercial leadership role with direct team management responsibility
Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial and clinical experience
Experience leading complex sales cycles within healthcare or similarly regulated environments
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in English and proficient in at least one additional language relevant to South Europe
Experience in the medical devices sector or hospital/theatre-based environments
Experience contributing to regional or multi-market commercial strategies beyond a single territory
