Saipem is seeking a Senior Specialist / Project Manager to support the ENCAR Business line by delivering design, verification and study work on static equipment. You will coordinate technical activities inside and outside Saipem, review client requirements and manage subcontracted engineering documents to ensure compliant, cost-efficient solutions.
